Headed up by local Husband and Wife team - Carly Thompson-Barry and Shannon Barry, they have been helping LeFevre Peninsula locals change their lives and feel great for the last 7 years. Step into Life North Haven is their newest addition to their family, with the duo also running multi award winning venue Step into Life West Lakes! Working out in the beautiful surroundings of North Haven, we cater for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced and everything in between. We provide training that is guaranteed to get you results and put a smile on your face at the same time!

At Step into Life North Haven your fully qualified and accredited trainers will provide the personal attention you require to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether its motivation and encouragement you're looking for, or someone to make sure your technique is safe and effective, your trainers are there for you 100%.

Our proven system uses a variety of training styles, including Cardio, Toning, Fit Ball, Resistance Bands, and Kick Boxing. Choose from 11 one hour sessions at convenient times throughout the week. Regular weekend Boot Camp and Power Flex packages are also offered for that something extra (Boot Camp is a military style, test your limits work-out and Power Flex is a yoga/pilates style, core-based work-out).

At Step into Life you work-out with people just like you, and there are two great reasons why this is a recipe for success. Firstly, you get extra encouragement and support. The Step into Life culture encourages a friendly environment and fellow members will often pat you on the back or challenge you to do your best at moments when you need it most. Many members form friendships that go beyond classes and there are social activities throughout the year to help everyone get to know each other. Secondly, working out with a group makes personal training much more affordable. You still get the attention you need to achieve the results you want, but you don't have to pay 60 or 70 dollars an hour to get it. It's a win, win!

Power Flex: A dynamic core strengthening and stretching workout enhancing muscle tone and flexibility at the same time- session dates from your trainer.
Endurit: A tough army style, test your limits workout - session dates from your trainer.
